Free 5K at U of U

Our next event will be the U of U Run in Rhythm on August 27th.  The run is on campus, so expect some uphill running for the first half of the run.  There is also a health fair associated with the race.  Families welcome.  Register here: http://healthcare.utah.edu/bewellutah/5k-run.php

Art Days + Running = Fun for All

 I've been asked if MoTab run club has anything coming up...and we do! Our next event will be the Springville Art Days Fun Run.  Its only $9 (if you register by May 15).

June 4: Springville--The race starts at 7:30am--so you'll be done early and can enjoy the rest of the festival events (and you'll be there early enough that you'll have excellent parking!)

Utah County folks...anyone want to be our race host?  The host pretty much just is in charge in making sure we get a photo (maybe hand out the RunClub stickers that we put on the race bibs). 

Winter is over...time to plan a run

The inversion is gone and the snow is melting!  Its time to start getting outdoors for Run Club!  I'm on the look-out for free and inexpensive races (preferably under $15), so let me know if you hear of one.
