I hope you have been enjoying the lovely running weather in the past few weeks! If you haven't already made your plans to join the MoTab Run Club for the 5K on May 30th, now is the time! Registration is now open. This 5K is sponsored by the Utah State Office of Education and is at the U of U. Its family friendly (strollers welcome)--and budget friendly too! Only $5 for adults and $2 for kids--and you get a t-shirt, water bottle and more swag. We're planning on having decals to attach to your race bib to identify you as a member of the Run Club.
Haven't started training yet? Its not too late! This Saturday (after conference of course) get outside and go for a run! Me, I just ordered another new pair of shoes to try out (um, I may or may not already have about 6 pairs of shoes...but more is better right?)
